Pitchzync is an AI-powered cold email SaaS platform that helps users find business contacts, generate personalized emails using AI, and send them via Gmail OAuth integration. Users can subscribe to paid plans through our secure payment portal to unlock higher usage limits and premium features.
To use Pitchzync, users must create an account with accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities under their account.
Pitchzync offers the following subscription plans:
All payments are processed securely through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Pitchzync uses the Gmail API to send emails on behalf of the user via OAuth2. We only request the gmail.send scope — we cannot read, delete, or modify your emails or inbox. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.
Pitchzync grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for legitimate business outreach purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Pitchzync at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
Pitchzync and its operators (Pitchzync, sole proprietor: Mohamed Rachdi) are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform or inability to access the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Pitchzync after changes means you accept the new terms.
