We collect the following information when you use Pitchzync:

• Account data: email address, name, and authentication credentials
• Profile data: service description, email language preference
• Gmail OAuth token to send emails on your behalf
• Usage data: emails sent, contacts found, campaign history
• Payment data: handled entirely by Paddle — we never store card information

3. Gmail API and Google User Data

Pitchzync optionally uses the Gmail API to send emails on behalf of the user. The app only requests the following OAuth scope:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send

This scope allows the app to send emails only — it cannot read, delete, or modify your emails or inbox. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit via HTTPS. We never store Gmail passwords — only a secure OAuth token is kept to enable sending.

5. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Paddle — payment processing (Merchant of Record)
• Hunter.io — email contact discovery
• DeepSeek AI — email generation (no personal data shared)
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

6. How We Use Data

Any user data handled by Pitchzync is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate the user and maintain their session
• Send emails through Gmail on the user's behalf
• Personalize AI-generated emails according to user settings
• Manage subscriptions and billing

Pitchzync does not analyze, sell, or share user data with any third party beyond the services listed above.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@pitchzync.com.
