Pitchzync offers monthly recurring subscriptions (Starter at $29/month and Pro at $79/month). All subscriptions provide immediate access to the platform features upon payment confirmation.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• The payment was made in error (duplicate payment or wrong amount)
• Access to paid features was not provided due to a verified technical issue on our end
• Refund request is made within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase
• Unauthorized payment or fraudulent transaction reported by the account owner

Requests that do not fall within these conditions will generally not be eligible for refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund
